Bullying impacts the lives of young children, old children, adults, parents, educators and professionals in all fields. People often believe that only school age children are bullied. This is not the case. Adults are also bullied and the coping mechanisms are embedded in all of us from an early age. Bullying behavior is learned young and often our childhood bullies grow up to become our adult bullies as well. The proper behavior needs to be taught at a young age so the prevention of bullying can continue.
